Return Policy:
- Copy of receipt is required for all returns or exchanges
- No returns after 30 days from purchase date
- No returns on installed or used components
- No returns on custom or special orders
- Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned in un-used condition with all manufacturers packaging included and intact.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges, both to and from Unity Ride Shop.
Return Process:
- Return the item by shipping carrier of your choice alongside return form.
- Obtain tracking number and keep in safe location, we are not liable for lost or damaged items returned. Please ensure that package/product arrives in an ‘as new’ condition, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee if there is any damage to the product.
- If you have used, fitted, tried, ridden, or assembled the bike or part, it may no longer be returned. If the product is damaged during installation, we cannot accept a return.
- If a refund is required, we shall only refund the value of the goods, and not the cost of shipping.
